About Me
My name is Cherie Miell, and I am the person behind Fishbowl Service Support. I have walked the path I now support others on. I started in early childhood as a casual educator and worked my way through every level of the sector. I have led teams as a director, furthered my career overseeing operations across multiple services for asx listed companies, small developing companies and single site owners. I understand the real pressures, the expectations, and the realities that come with running a service. Fishbowl Service Support was created because I could see a gap, some policies were not up to date, looked good on paper but didn’t actually relate in practice. Services needed support that was clear, realistic, and aligned with how things actually run day to day. That’s what I provide. My focus is simple - Service Support Within Reach. My aim is to help approved providers, nominated supervisors, and educators feel confident, compliant, and in control. No overcomplication, just practical strong policies, and procedures that make sense. When you feel supported, your team feels it, your service runs better, and outcomes for children improve.
